A stack went to the powder coat on Friday, still waiting on the straps, bolts, etc.

We have 3 who are in for sure, paid, Blues Dawg, DSRTRDR, Lexycrzy. Who else is in for sure, Thanatoz, wilburluvsyotas, WTFJ80, more that I'm missing?

Sorry my computer has been out of commission with a fried power supply. I am still in for one, but doubt I'll see you until the march meeting.

All perdied Up!:hillbilly: On the recommendation of the coater, Went with a slightly textured black, reported to be the most durable stuff, will be testing that theory!

Juan wanted a shelf, so we made a sheet metal brake. Needed a couple of holes to access the mount bolts, just two would look silly, so added more. Can't have holes without dimples, so made a die.:hillbilly:

It is sized to work with the hydraulic punch. Punch the hole, deburr, change to the dimple die and ~4 pumps on the handle nets a dimple.

Nice Job. Love the dimpled look . Very creative with the tooling... Tools :hillbilly:

Um - why not just get a muffin pan and cut off the bottom?
:flipoff2:

Kevin, I'm still in but am digging the dimpled shelf as doubt I'll be installing a Puma. I'm fine waiting if the 5 done are already spoken for but headed to SW Colorado for a week on Sat. to play in the snow so even better if ready by then. lemme know, John

Thanks,

PM returned. At this point, all are spoken for, can make another batch if there is demand.

Fits and works really well. :)
