What are they poisoning me with now??? What aren't you telling us???
I'm not referring to the contrails that are obvious and were all over the rest of the sky. The circled clouds were far lower than any of the contrails and they puffed out like normal clouds, just oddly horizontal and ribbon-like. Never seen a contrail turn into anything like that, or drift so low in the sky. They also hung there for at least the entirety of my 15 minute drive. None of the obviously actual contrails around did that.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure it was a sign of end-of-days crap - earlier in the day, I had finally found my favorite childhood fishing hole after a 30+ year hunt. Makes sense that we'll meet our doom before the weather's warm enough to fish there again.

Oh, wouldn't you like to know!
One of these days I'll slip a kayak into Burke Lake and see if any of my old spots there still produce. And maybe I'll land the spawn of one of the muskies I could never actually boat way back when.

Everyone Hates Ali
Quick synopsis:
Thread started out two years ago. Ali guy posts up in 40 section and links to some bondo v8 swap and says is this a good buy? Says he wants to daily drive it year round in Chicago. Gets roasted for 15 pages. Onur finally moves it to Chat. Next up Ali’s axe throwing dry bar that he owns goes out of business due to covid restrictions and he goes bankrupt. Then he starts opening covid testing centers all over the midwest and starts buying immaculate 40s and literally rage buying and posting up Lamborghinis and a huge mansion while still getting spit roasted. He also starts posting modeling photos of himself to show off and keeps mocking all the mud old-timers and having small emotional breakdowns for getting bullied on mud (it happens to the best of us). Next up his nephew creates an account to apologize for his uncle and to start posting on behalf of his uncle. And then… and then… stay with me here… this is where it gets really good… ok… Inside Edition runs a huge expose of his testing centers that are riddled with fraud and abuse and he comes back to mud to say they got it all wrong but then the FBI raids his testing centers and he is being sued by several states attorneys general. Hear hear. It’s definitely worth 2 days of mud reading- the most insane 139 page thread ever created. Epic! Enjoy!
