Picked up my first pig and my first 2F anything today! Trailered it home from about 2.5 hours away. It's a 79 and everything works that I've tried. Could definitely use some bodywork but it's pretty solid.

Congrats! Looks like a great find.

Now that you have the disease, you should know that it is highly communicable and no vaccine has yet shown any efficacy. Seems like death is the only cure. Other than that, it’s a mix of fun and frustration.

If you’re not planning on putting everything in that box back on, hang on to it. That stuff belongs to that vehicle and is hard to find. It’s obviously up to you, but putting the original carb and charcoal canister back on would be a good idea.

Spent the day cleaning 44 years of dust. Interior is really good except for the front seat. Only found one hole in the floor in front of the back seat so I’ll be calling in a welding favor at some point. Some before pics.
