That was the most difficult awning I have ever installed! It is a real nice 270* awning but fitting the brackets (also made by Alu-Cab) was really difficult. Advice to anyone fitting this awning, do it before the top goes on the Troopy!

Rear bumper is out for fresh powder coat, front bumper on for one last finalize before it gets coated as well.

Subtank mods all done too. Just need to do a final coat on it and ready to plumb.

The black crusty piece is the original Troopy main tank. The bottom was beat badly (dents) and it wasn’t going to fit without cutting it up. I saved the top half years ago when I knew we had to fab the tank. For contours of the floor, flanges and so forth. Soon we will be tossing it!
