Wait there's dust /dirt on that chassis, That has to be a first we're just not used to that :p

Outstanding as usual.

It’s kinda been here and there and back again awhile. 😐🤷‍♂️

Cranking away now though, hoping for mid-spring 2025 completion! Could even happen sooner but we do have x3 in final assembly so don’t over promise is my motto.

And thanks for your support and positive post my man, we appreciate it! 🤙

Oh and I guess they are “JMACX”, I think JMAX is a cooler name! 😂😝🤷‍♂️

We like that they are an “I-beam” radius arm. 🤌

Cheers

So the owner wants power mirrors. I searched long and hard to find non-chrome but was just not able to find them. Instead I found these which are actually 76-series, nice to see they fit and will work.

I personally don’t like much of any chrome on a Cruiser. However with the hub caps, I think they work, fit and look pretty good. We can get rid of the chrome if the owner wants.

Ian.

I don't like it. I mean... everything is just so... NEW, and CLEAN.

This creates a terrible internal conflict between encasing this work of art in armored glass and protecting it as you would in a museum, and taking it out and using it for what it was designed for!!

STOP IT.

Meant to be used but renewed to like new condition with a few upgrades!

Not sure if the Troopy will smell like this yet but the 79 we are building smells like a brand new car inside!

Cheers

It is a big intercooler! 😮

So we used the Planted seat bases Tony bought some time ago. I checked using stock rails (ones we have are beat down bad) and didn’t seem like a good route to go to me. So I sourced some Recaro sliding rails to suit these seats. Everything bolted up no problems however there just wasn’t enough slide to get far back from the dash. So we simply drilled some holes and moved it all back in order to allow lots of leg room. That’s all done and the seats are ready to go, shoulder belts mounted to the pillars as well.
