I purchased this FJ40 out of Tuscan AZ a couple years ago, @FARMAN33 and I made a three day run from Houston and back. Truck is in Houston but spent weeks some summers in CO (Aspen, Carbondale and Crested Butte area). Trails like Montezuma, Taylor Creek and Pearl with @HemiAlex @samc2447 @FARMAN33 @reddog90 Been thru 13,000 ft with carb after timing is advanced and with dual lockers (almost never needed), she can’t be stopped. Not a garage queen, looks painted with a restore (replaced cut wheel wells in quarters) in the past per PO and condition of truck. Only one spot of rust that I have included in pics, hasn’t changed in the years I have owned, pass rear above that damn inner brace. One or two small scares from a trail, also included in pics. All locks work and if you know my trucks just about zero rattles (amazing for a 40). Always OEM when available, hubs engaged and driven monthly per Owners Manual. Pretty damn clean truck.
