Dialing in cv axle lengths. Have very little axle plunge <1” so I’m going to shorten the inner so the shaft doesn’t contact the cup on droop
When I designed the suspension I roughly estimated where the joints were so they would be in the suspension geometry which minimizes axle plunge. Obviously an alignment and all that changes that slightly so zero plunge is almost impossible, just like bump steer.
Hopefully 80 series birffs fit in the 100 series spindles so I can use RCV outers, definitely a long shot but it’s gotta be close.

As far as starting it. Battery is on the way actually got a nice one this time instead of the random one that 10 years old.
New starter is in.
Past that it’s mostly a grocery list of small jobs
And details that aren’t crucial for testing

How do you like that Arcan floor jack? Need a good floorjack soon...

Good Friday clean after manufacturing some stuff for customers. Was gunna drive it
Fuel line took a piss in my face so decided not to
Little things keep popping up as they do but they will eventually run out

Have a handful of wires to cross
Boost controller
Fan
Wipers
No big deal
I’d like to add some extra strength to the trans before
Outside of that to wheel it I don’t even think I’ll need 4wd probably more fun in 2wd obviously will get 4wd down the line

Front diff needs to go down like 1-2”
No big deal
