I think in a perfect world you would benefit from a combination of both. From my experience, the LED's don't throw a lot of "down range" light but cast a wide arc. (Illuminating the sides of the roads). On the other hand the Lightforce HID's /
Halogens shine WAY down the road or trail but generally have a narrow arc. I guess it boils down to how and where you drive.

The idea is to have these in spot and flood lightbar(s) up on the rack. Had a similar setup before and i prefered that setup. now to find a good lightbar that wont break the bank, but performs

The vast majority of the light bars I considered topped out in the 175-250 watt range. I finally found one that was 42" and 400 watts.

some work on sunday before the rain

It was a toss up between the Warn Epic hook and another Factor 55, settled on the factor 55 again since the epic hook is truely too epic.... F55 should be here mid week.

Hi Andrew,

I love the synthetic line on my winch. One quick observation, if I may add, is that the hawse you installed will potentially damage the cable as the lower portion of the opening seems to almost be in the way of the lower portion of the bumper opening (hope I am making sense here haha).

A few manufacturers (like Slee Off-Road) sell off-set hawse fairleads to help with this:

Off-set fairlead:

Versus Standard fairlead:

Hope this helps and hope this makes sense!

I had no idea that existed. I just drilled extra holes in my bumper to center the standard fairlead... Damn it.

so today is rattle canning clearcoat where needed and some panel fabrication to replace the rear panels. ivd been tossing around the idea of having the interior floor line-xed and put the vinyl back over.... opinions? or should i just save up for a respray?

made some replacement panels today. once i mod them for storage and speakers/amp/inverter mounts, ill either make them out of steel or hdpe. bought some rustoleum bed liner to paint them in, then paint that brown to match. almost done
