It sits in a lot with a few other assorted vehicles in various forms of disrepair. River Road is the first right after you cross the Shenandoah River bridge headed east on Route 7. Some folks call the area Bluemont / Berryville.

If you head east on Route 7, say coming from Berryville, immediately after crossing the Shenandoah turn right on River. That would be going south on River. The Truck is down the road a short ways on the left, opposite the river side of the road.
