Christened "Dottie" (after my wife and I had a few beers working on her) "because she's a life sucking bitch from which there is no escape." It's a quote from the movie Armageddon if you're not familiar. But she's alive! First drive around the block earlier today.tons of work left to do, like front housing from Proffit along with all the associated stuff, discs etc. Damn she sounds good though.

Looks great. Took mine out last weekend for the first time. Feels good huh!!

Congrats! It is the best feeling after never having really driven it before (been there).

Indeed, it feels awesome!

Now on to more projects for it...though small ones for now, steering column fix being a priority. I plan to drive it around all summer, enjoy the sun, then in the winter tear the front end out, new housing, and disc conversion, etc.

Must be nice! I only got to enjoy mine for about a month or so (and it barely ran) before tearing it apart. That was over 1.5 years ago. Looks like you'll have a fun summer.
