So....is there a video that shows the installation, or is it just so intuitive its not needed?

Just ordered a set.

Some vids on the first post, I can post more if needed, or give me a call.

Naw.....just read all ten pages, think I got it now thanks.

Got my Kits from @Outsane today (very fast shipping, thanks).

Going to tackle this tomorrow. Hopefully not find anything broken off the bottom.

The kits I ordered come with the bottom post reinforcement/retainer. Pretty sure one of mine is cracked. (if broken you need another item to address that)

The kits are packaged very nicely and the 3D printing is well done. The material feels very substantial. Screws look to be stainless.

Looking forward to not having shaky mirrors any longer.

Installed the drivers side today. Worked perfectly.

Easy peasy, except putting back the last screw...it takes a bit of fiddling. I had to align the mirror and the bracket visually for the screw to get purchase.

Nothing difficult or hard, just something to be aware of.

I live on a farm and the mirrors get bounced everyday...this kit worked perfectly.

Thanks, Outsane.

Same here, getting post screw to line up and 'started' took me longer than any other part of it.

Just adding my experience here. Took me 6 minutes of confusion and re-reading the first page a couple times to figure out that you do indeed have to notch the tabs to make the mirror slot behind the new bracket, but once you do it all works perfectly. So grateful for this product, and for regaining the dignity of my truck by not having to use a quadruple-folded piece of toilet paper roll to hold the mirror in place.

Also, I found a surprise wasp nest inside my mirror housing. Thankfully no wasps, but... random.

Now I just need some Solvefunction bumper caps!

Just ordered up a set for both sides. My passenger has been bad for awhile, but now the driver side has decided to give up.

Looking forward to using my mirrors again.

Hey I just ordered left and right shakey mirror brackets and one bottom post replacement. Everything installed great and I’m all fixed up. Just one question. It appears you changed the design on the post replacement. It looks like instead of a screw to secure it you have two little nubs that lock it in place. Is that correct or should I drill it out and put a screw in it?

Just installed this on my driver side mirror, 5 min and solid as a (plastic) rock. My screw post had no cracking but I installed the reinforcement anyway which just slid right on. Solid product and fast shipping, thanks!

Nubs will be good, no drilling needed.
