Somehow you saying that make me think it's a little like being the hottest couple in a Dollar store
I like Dollar Stores ;)

This is a highlight for me! To see all the rigs gathered together with their families and friends!

Super fun to do and we will make it even better this year.
This part though cracks me up. Beer and almost 10k worth of camera in the dirt at our feet...

That was about the only area of shade, by those bushes, during the camera shoot.

Sponsors and Registrants of Solid Axle Summit 9,
KOA has been working hard in between busted water pipes to get those phone call made for your camping reservation.
EVERYONE on our list of Sponsors and General Registrants of SAS9 have been called by KOA.

Most have made contact with KOA; some have voicemails to respond to and a few either gave wrong numbers or don't have their voicemails set up.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR SAS9, you are welcome to call them and book your spot. You may also let the KOA or me know that you don't need a spot. KOA has a current list of registrants and sponsors. Ouray KOA Holiday 970-325-4736

We want to make sure all have a reservation at the KOA who are registered with SAS9 before it is open to the public.
At this time there are a few tent sites left and plenty of RV sites (tents okay), but all cabins are booked. There is a waitlist for cabins.
KOA will open for the public to book the week of SAS on 4/1/2025.
If you have received reservation for both SAS and KOA, you are good to go!!!

Boots, 4WD engaged and radios on are a must for this year’s photo! 😊Now we know!
Oh and numbered tags for your rearview so you know where you are in line! 👍🏼

How about switching it up and put something besides 40s in the front ? 😎 this year.

Seriously though, is there a preferred comms setup for this event?
Have ham, could have cb, thinking about GMRS.
Looked around and didn’t see anything about it.

Probably 90%+ GMRS. Others HAM. CB pretty well phased out now.
