started to cap off the rear wheel wells.

Was working late and the bead roller was unavailable so I decided to use the original wheel well that I cut out

The tunnel cover is ugly but I could not figure any other way to do it.

Took a full day to finish

tank partially finished

I am going to pressure test for leaks then I am going to have a local shop line the inside and outside of the tank

I am anxious to see what the tank capacity is. I am hoping it holds at least 10 or 12 gallons...

Diesel Dan,

The tranny hump comes off the floor in 3 pieces for access to the shifters, the tcase and the tranny if and when I need to ever take them out.

I havent timed the shifters yet but hopefully soon..



I can see about 2 days of fabrication work you have done there.


You are going to have one heck of a time adjusting the linkage with the welded on tranny hump. Did you already add fluid to the T-case? :hmm:
