new mount on adaptor



after cutting into the square stock it bowed a bit.

used the press to straighten it out



welded in the attachment plate

drilled holes and made room for pan head allen

welded a piece of channel for support

mounted the new tcase brace to scab plates on the frame with two bolts on each side





changed the rear support to the passengerside with a poly bushing on the rear crossmember

had to make some studs out of all thread

cut off wheel and a thread file



used some garage door brackets as attachment points

you would think the vendors for the tcase and shifter would tell you about application problems before hand.

I was in love with the idea of leaf springs in the rear but have since abandoned the idea for coilovers in the rear, so off they came
