Blue is a sign of unburnt fuel or oil blow by. Maybe pump timing? Valve stem seals getting worn? How long since your last oil change?

I think 4 degrees is good. I run 3 on my rig on 40's and it drives pretty nice down the roads between trails. I have a steering box as well.

Your upper and lower link length relationship determine the path and travel of the pinion angle. If you want the pinion to rotate up or down during travel, you need to adjust link length or mounting point.

Pinion angle should be set before caster , unless you are just compromising with the existing setup on the axle. You cannot change pinion angle. The c's can be cut off and re-set to the correct angle afterward if you need.

I know lots of guys who use saginaw P-pumps on full hydro systems. Waaaay cheaper than Trail Gear and waaaay easier to replace when you burn one up. I prefer the ones that came on mid eighties chevy's w/hydroboost brake systems. They make more...

The housing is the same as are the calipers. Just the caliper mounting brackets and dust shields are different. Everything else should work.

Here is a little video of a local event. My rig was the last to go.The guys call my car the Goblin. It's mostly still a landcruiser not really a buggy. I ended up breaking my clutch after day one so I opted out of day two. My son's rig is the...

I used my antenna switch for my in cab winch controls. up is in and down is out. It works quite well and was simple to wire in.

You can use aftermarket 80 series 30 spline inner shafts with mini/40/60 series birfs. If you used the 2-5/8" tube sleeve spacer that LC wizard used to sell you can turn a 40 series axle into a 60 series axle or a 60 series axle into a an 80...
