      Your install looks pretty good. I think you need a fan shroud though. I would like to mention that a 3fe is not stupid or a boat anchor. It is not a diesel but it is a great engine and will last as long if not longer than your 3b.

      The steering column is stock but mounted with the bracket on the bottom of the dash upside down to lower it a bit. The steering wheel is smaller than stock for leg clearance.
