I wasn't aware BFG made a tire in 285/75R18. Can you double check?The wife's 100 has 285/75/18 BFG's and they're nowhere near 35" tall. When I measured them new I think they were 33.5" @ 40 psi.

Remove the rings and you'll leave 12 exposed holes where the fasteners would be. Not worth it IMO, which is why I left them on mine.
