I’m not sure what’s going on with it but the fan that is Attached to the serpentine belt is so loud you can’t hear the engine. The higher the RPMs the louder the fan gets. It quite literally sounds like I’m back in elementary school sitting in the school bus not able to hear anyone Over the sound of the engine. It appears the clutch has a slight Wobble when the engine is going. I’m not sure what is wrong here. I thought I may as well see if it has happened to anyone else.

replacing a fan clutch recommendations? Do I go factory or aftermarket?

What year model is your Cruiser? For '98-2005
Aisin FCT-021 Engine Cooling Fan Clutch

Fan roaring = fan clutch
Fan wobbling = fan bracket
Wobbling + roaring = clutch AND bracket

^^^^

Quite possible.

IF this turns out to be the case....I'd check the condition of the Timing Belt since replacing the Fan Bracket has you 3/4 the way there anyway.
