Delta console installed. No idea what I'm putting in for gauges, but it looks a lot better than what was there.

Matching bumpers feels right. I ended up going full-on with The Cruiser Company via Long Range America. Very high clearance on both. First impressions are very positive. The only thing I ran into was my winch fairlead didn’t fit. So that should be an easy fix.
The rear bumper is
👌
fits my 37” no clearance issues. Fits all my goodies in the basket.
Overall stoked.

That rear bumper looks great! I've seen one on a 70 series and was very impressed, and envious.

Finally got these CEIKA big brakes installed on the 80 Series. Went with 345mm rotors, 6 XL pistons, slotted rotors, and street pads with the black anti-corrosion finish.
I upgraded for more stopping power after moving up to 37" tires. The install wasn’t exactly plug and play since the kit doesn’t have 80 Series specific instructions. It took some trial and error on the first side, but once you figure it out, the other side goes quick.

The stopping power is a big improvement. Pedal feel is about the same, so it’s probably time to swap the last of my rubber lines to stainless and really dial it in. I already have a rebuilt booster and a new master cylinder, so stainless lines are next on the list.

Shoutout to Offroad Toy Outfitters in Vancouver for letting me document the whole install. I’ll post a YouTube video soon if you want to see how it all went down.

My only gripe is the lack of clear instructions. For around $2k, though, this kit is hard to beat.

Finally have the truck running the way it should. Huge thanks to Technique Vehicle Outfitters for getting everything dialed. The first pump I received was faulty, but ADS took care of it right away and had a replacement to me within a week.

The Wholesale Automatic Transmissions Nomad valve body completely changed how the transmission shifts. Paired with the new ADS Injection pump, the truck feels smoother, stronger, and way more responsive.

Can’t wait to put some real miles on it and see how it does on longer trips.
