It’s easy to play with the front 1/2 tub only. I took couple weeks ago it off the frame and now it sits upside down in my small garage. Easy to carry with a friend.

A jig and/or a rotisserie would be nice, but no room and time for them. So I just bolted plywood pieces to the windscreen hinges places to avoid touching the floor.

Yep its off.
Just like above 2 people was enough to take it off.

Now it is atanding on its front ribs, suspended from the ceiling so it can not fall over during the work.

Cut out rhe double floor added by the PO.
Started with the inner rocker panel to create the structual strength.

Its funny, beside the rust in certain areas the floor is clean and solid.

Most of the old undercoating just chips off easely.

The rust line you see is where the PO welded in the second floor from the inside. It never occured to him that the paint on the outside would burn off.

Made a patch panel for the front tub support.
I have to build this part first before taking out the outher rocker panel to keep the structure in tact.

Your patience level is off the charts! There is a 100% chance I would have bought a tub! Unreal work man! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Thanks for the many detailed pictures, so much easier to figure out what is inside the panels and beams. Just doing repairs in the same area...
