Started with cutting and Folding some steel.

Second support, this one has the captive nuts for the gas filler.

Used Cardboard to get the shape right.

And bended. Next to it you can see the two reinforcement brackets for the Seat belt nuts.

Today I started with cleaning and sand blasting the beam and brackets.
Treated them with Brunox and let them curve for a few days.

Next fase wil probably be etch primer and or epoxy.
 
Next I finished the bead roller dyes for the bib.
Rolled the beads, cut the patch to size and fit it to the bib.
