Honestly I don’t think I put enough fuel in it when I had the issue previously. I jerry rigged a funnel when broke down on the road and spilled more than I got in it. Today I made a funnel just for the fitting size and got a lot more in it.
I also don’t have a heat shield below the sniper. So I am thinking the already restricted return line swelled and added to my problems. I didn’t have an issue before but maybe the heat cool cycles made it swell it just enough. I plan on moving it anyways and will make some new lines.

You can make the truck where it won’t crank. (Unhook ignition) and use the manual pump to fill it.

You can turn the started to run the pump. Make sure you remove the small return line and put it in a catch can. When gas shows up your PS is full.
