From a friend who attended Car Week in Monterrey. They do a Concours de Lemons. If you ever get a chance you gotta go.

The Tag A Long Pig is the best pig at the Museaum. Great backstory. The last that drove it for 19 years sold it to the museum.

They now run a fleet of 30 or so 80 series

If it's the one that was here in Grand Junction/Fruita for a while it should have a red/white tailgate I gave to Jason. But that one may be with Jeremiah Proffitt.
No, the lady that drove this one for 19 years. They gave it to her when she retired. She tried to donate it but Mr Miller purchased it.

Still has the log book in it.

Correct. It came out of Moab and the blue/white one below is also one of Tag's old 55's and it's still in Moab; next to Milt's. Tag used 55's and then 60's later; the white 60 below is one of Tag's as well.

@riderjgs I believe that Jeremiah still has Jason's old Tag 55.

I recently picked up the gold 55 below out of Moab and it was used by Tex's Riverways when Tex also ran canyon tours around the Moab area like Tag-A-Long. Tex only ran canyon tours until the mid 80's and then sold off his fleet of 55's keeping one for himself; the gold one that I now own. Tex fled to Baja during the winters and took the gold 55 down there at least a dozen times. Tex called it "Javelina" and he sold it to a former employee friend (who also was a raft guide with Tag for a number of years) and he drove the 55 around Moab for more than a decade and even took it to Baja a few times. He replaced the 55 with the white Tag 60. He parked the 55 for roughly 15 years until I got it two months ago.

I'm the 3rd owner of it and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the "Javelina". It's pretty rough but it's a 78' and I'm sure it would run again. It's got a cool history and it would be great to get it back on the road.
