We could simplify this even more. How about start with some dates in June, beginning on a Wednesday( for those who want to arrive before the weekend) and ending on a Sunday.

June 14-18 ( Fathers Day weekend)

June 21-25

June 28- July 2


If the majority can do it some time in June during a specific week, that will be the date. If not, we move into July.

Funny, I got a list started and filled the whole page of "need to do" things before the trip. I'm thinking it's going to be blast no matter how the wagons look, I just want to head out.

Sounds like there were a few common to June 21-25 and others were open and flexable. Is there a common interest on those dates or do we need to look at a later time to bypass snow conditions. I don't know anything about the weather pattern in the area being discussed.
Look forward to seeing all the incredible work I've read about that all have done to their pigs. Some of you have helped me with hard to find parts and information and want to thank you in person. Plus nothing like a road trip.
We gonna circle the wagons or what. Sounds like close to 14 addicts showing interest.

Mid-June seems like a good time to go. We were there in mid-July and the nights were cool and the days in the mid 80"s. So I'd expect cooler temps than that in June.

Should we plan on June 21-25?
