Here’s Some more pics. The part that I hate about this is now I can’t run my spare tire in oem location. I was about 3/16 away from it touching the trac bar prior to the bolt on trac bar correction kit. Now it touches it. . Oh well. Time to toss it in the cab or get me one of those hitch swing tire mounts.

I also want to mention that I’m 100% confident that the LX sway bar will have no issues bolting up to this. If you have an LX and live in socal and can meet me either in norco / corona or even baldwin part. Please reach out to me. LX version will come with an extra plate to shim the driver side sway bar to match the passenger side.

There will not be any interference with lca aux tank.

Trac bar. I’m running a 285/75/18 so it’s a 34.8” tire. It will touch it.

How much gap do you have now between your trac bar and the spare? If it’s 5/16 or more you will be good to go. The bolt on bracket just moves it back 1/4”. Which a lot of ppl don’t realize that actually make the bushing on the driver side more neutral as it’s more in line since the trac bar mount on driver side is behind the axle side mount by a good amount. So if we are talking about an oem style vulcanized rubber bushing, it actually relieves the twist.

You won't get this interference with the weld on option, it moves the panhard vertically up from the stock location.

to be fair; everything is trade-off, right? ease of installation vs. mms, etc.

great to have options in this market, though.

Yea send me a private message and we can link up in a few weeks to test fit. I know it works since it’s identical to the LC but with the extra mount on driver side for the sway traditional style sway bar. Which will have no issue on either side. I’ve been in the off-road world for over 15 years ( in the background helping others) and am confident it’s perfect…. But obviously we need to test fit it before it a thing for LX.

About to do a medium lift 2”-ish for first time (everything suspension-wise is oem currently) and trying to ensure I understand correctly and dont waste money on adjustable panhard if not needed. I read this thread (whilst drinking beers) and searched a few others but - is consensus that oem panhard is just as good as adjustable (Dobinsons or Tough dog) if going the weldable PCK bracket route?

If you had to assign a % of improvement of rear wag post 2” lift - How much better is bracket with oem panhard, vs just adding adjustable panhard? I am worried about finding a competent & trustworthy welder in my parts.

Adjustable panhard alone will do nothing for tail wag. The sagitta will still be there. All it can do is center the axle if it’s not correct at static ride height due to sagitta.

A panhard correction bracket eliminates the need for an adjustable panhard in the first place by correcting the panhard geometry at your new ride height. Since 2” lifts usually net more lift than 2”, is go ahead and to the bracket, personally.

I’d also advise watching the video to understand the concept of sagitta. It’ll all make a lot more sense after that.

Confused by this. Did I miss something @drkdss? The bolt-on option moves the axle mounting point rearward as well? I've had my Eimkeith panhard riser in hand since November, just haven't had a chance to get it installed.

I have the @Delta VS 4-6" version on my 80 with 2" springs that net 3" of lift and it sits parallel. An absolute game changer so I'm excited to get my @eimkeith riser bracket on the LX.

Since the back bracket for the kit sits on the inside of the oem mount. The trac bar is technically 1/4 “ rear ward of the position it would be in the oem mount or to e weld on option. A 1/4” lol. It’s just what it is. So if you are running a spare tire that day is 1/4” away. There’s a chance that the tire will rub the trac bar ( I know you guys call it a Pan hard bar). And yes the bolt in one will as far as the bracket itself will not get in the way of anything else.

And if you want to get real scientific, if we talking about an oem style bushing or even a poly bushing. Bringing the trac bar more towards the rear will actually allow the bushing to work better as it’s more inline. When I say better def won’t feel it but say we do a cAD analysis, you will see it’s less stress on the joint. With that said you will never experience and issue either way. I’m just saying lol.
