That's awesome! That car will rip...

Well all you manual elitists are really going to hate me after this post LOL. The same guy that had the Alpina also had had a 911 Turbo
S...........in an AUTOMATIC!!!! Gasp! Boo! Hiss!! The audacity!!

Seriously though I got to drive it a lot and it was an absolute rocket ship. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. After the split second of turbo lag you can believe I felt “connected” 😂 Only pic I have left of it on this phone.

No manual TURBO models for Porsche for sometime now. The PDK is quicker in all models, GT3, etc.

Even thou all the models have turbos now except the gt3 and gt3 rs.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about. I had a turbo with a 5 speed and it didn’t seem that sporty to me🤣

That’s a badass truck!

Now we’re going to have to debate regular cabs... @lt1fire

Thanks man! Another one filed in the wish I would have kept it files. Ran phenomenal and the interior was a solid 9/10. Soldnit way to cheap to a local guy, only seen it on the road once since then.

Yeah my wish I'd never is
My 95 diesel suburban 4x4.... by far the best combo i've ever had for comfy DD, camping and tow rig. I sold it for 1k but I was in a bind and in a different state so I did it and i'm an idiot ;) has over 400k now on the original engine and trans with the current owner.
the 80 series... no reason needed
My 95 firebird formula, my first 6 speed manual and my first really fast DD

Don't get me started... its already making me feel queezy that I may actually get a regular cab for my DD/tow/camping rig for a while. :flipoff2: A single cab truck just isn't natural!!!!!! ;) for a large yeti that is

Traded a 1973.5 911T for a 1985 Toyota MR2 in 1986.

Test drove and should have bought some years ago:
1988 E30 M3 - They wanted 12k
1982 911SC - They wanted 12k

Definitely not mine but I did get to spend a BUNCH of time behind the wheel of it. I know it’s a totally different animal but it wasn’t a manual and it did not disappoint.

I occasionally detail on the side and did a full detail (2-step paint correction, wheels off, ceramic paint, wheel and leather coatings) on a B7 for a customer who had tuned his. Quite a fun car and pretty quick for a 7-series!

Yeah man! That’s awesome! If I remember correctly the Alpina had a top speed of 194 mph which is INSANE for a sedan that size.

Last episode of Grand Tour they highlight the new M5 and Alpina model head to head. I enjoyed it.

...Is it weird to have 3 100s?
My life revolves around having a backup to the backup. Screw variety. Three FZJ’s here. Don’t ask about my guitar collection!

I went the sequential route! Never have too many.

You know you've made it in life when your neighbor can afford a McLaren..... :)

Shaun is he giving out test drives???

1965 Ford Mustang - GT350

The first question out of everyones mouth when they see this car: "Is it a real one?" Nope, it's not real, but it was converted by the cars first owner back in Germany in 1965. The former owner was rally driver, Klaus Fritzinger. He bought a Mustang K-Code (same vehicle Shelby started with) and put all the GT350 R parts on it, then took it racing. He had some moderate success with the car in the DARM series in Europe.

Klaus bought a red car; I have a feeling he didn't want a white car. The last picture is at Hockenheim in '67, it's the red car on the left side of the photo. Eventually when I got the car it had been painted white, so I kept it that color. I like the Shelby colors. Though I did go back and forth about going back to red.

We've had a few Mustangs over the years, my Dad and I. All of them are great cars, but this is the best one. One of the others that we had is in the series below. it was an all original '65 convertible, a time capsule car.

I probably won't have the GT350 for much longer, I've been getting it ready to sell. We'll see how that goes.

It will be missed.
