New truck day!

Drove up to VA with Johnny today to pick up this 2004 Excursion Eddie Bauer with a 6.0 Powerstroke. Pretty mint truck with low miles and a near perfect interior. Thanks again to Johnny for the seal of approval after crawling all over it to check it out before I handed over the cash.

Nice score!

Now that you mention it, I haven’t seen an Eddie Bauer since 2004!

We've had some ups and downs with the engine for the 3500 dually of mine: '94 c3500 Farm Truck w/ Frankenstein 454 - Project Thread - https://www.gmt400.com/threads/94-c3500-farm-truck-w-frankenstein-454-project-thread.68007/page-4

ATK gave us the run around for 4 months till we found out they didn't even have 454 blocks to start the build to begin with. We ended up with a machine shop rebuilt 496 stroker that should be bringing in 566hp / 630tq and adding on a CVF racing serpentine conversion.

Been laid up 1 year in shop hell so far, but I think this next month we'll have it on the road.

And you can now take everything you own when going on vaca and never worry about space!

love it, I looked for one and also a 2500 Suburban. Im liking my GX but I can already tell we're tight. It transports us and that's it. No room for anything else. We take the 60 a lot just because it has more room in the back.

We’re heading to the beach soon with the dog so I’ll get to test out how the space compares to the LX470 + a full width and length rooftop carrier.

I’m enjoying it so far. Tons of space, good power, comfortable enough. Not as cushy as the 100 obviously but not bad either.

Is this a car? Not sure. Name suggestions welcome. "Skid" is the first suggestion, not sure it's right. Planning on getting plates for it once it's done.

1991 Yamaha G8 Electric Golf Cart, some assembly (repair) required.
