Well, I can tell you from experience, that you do not want the 20's with the ARB rear bumper.
 
I installed the BP-51s about a month ago, although the improvement in handling has been awesome, I do miss the softness of the stock setup. Right now the rig doesn’t have any additional weight. At some point within the next year I intend to add bumpers and drawers increasing the weight, however until then I’m trying to set up the BPs to their absolute softest settings. I emailed ARB and they didn’t really give me a straight answer. I’m looking for a C$R$ For both the fronts and the rears that would give me the absolute highest comfort regardless of sway. Does anyone have that setting nailed down?

Rear springs will have a massive impact on the ride.

2720 will be the softest.

2. Did your installer leave the front coil over preload at the factory position?

If they left them at 20mm as from the factory, they are set too firm. Factory preload on the BOs assume a front steal bumper and winch. If no front weight (bumper, winch, dual battery) and it’s still at 20mm...decreasing it to 5mm or even zero mm will DRAMATICALLY soften your ride.

3. What PSI are your tires?

When the local shop installed mine, for some reason they pumped my KO2s to **55psi!** which was 14psi too high. Was like driving on rocks.
 
I have mine set at 5mm for softer ride and have 2722 in the rear with 37psi on all tires.

Bring those tire pressures down to the Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure of 42psi for the LT285/65R18 KO2's on your LC200 and your ride should soften up a bit.

If you are at the factory 20mm...you are running a preload that assumes you have about 500lbs more than you actually have up front (Steel bumper, winch, dual batteries)..and it will DEFINITELY make for a harsh ride until adjusted downward.

Compression and rebound setting are not going to help much...because your problems is that you are not actually compressing enough to begin with due to too stiff a spring preload.

Have the preload set to 0 or 5mm while at stock weight and the difference will be huge.

Finally...as I and Gaijin mentioned...lower your PSI to correct level for those tires. Gaijin knows his stuff and street feel will improve along with wear, etc.

The issue most run into is they don't mark the cam bolt and loosening the LCA. This makes sliding the bottom mount in MUCH easier. It's doable without loosening, but not fun and you risk damaging the bushings.

My 200 came with the BP-51 system already installed so I don’t have any instructions or diagrams. I’ve got something loosening on one or both sides and plan to checking all the nuts and bolts. It would be helpful to have a full diagram of all parts. I did some searching here and on the internet but have found a pdf or anything. Anyone got something they can scan or know of a resource online? TIA

UPDATE: My noise wasn’t the suspension at all, it was the cargo on my bumper swing arms moving and causing sounds to travel down through the frame and sound like they were coming from the wheel well/shock tower area.

Check out post #130 by @Island1064 below. He attached fitting instruction docs for front and rear. See if that helps.

Why do you think you have loosening?

I had the springs installed a week before adding a dual swing out rear bumper plus equipment. Now that there is the added weight I suspect some of the bolts need retorquing.

Thank you TonyP and Willy beamin. I have watched some videos and they make it look really easy. Found a place in My area that rents out space with a lift and tools. Rate is $25/hr. So assuming it takes my 5-6 hours it will cost me $125-150 to install and my time. One question (since this will be my first time doing this), when doing the preload adjustment on the front and I adjust for no accessories can I change it while it’s on the vehicle or do I have to remove the fronts and make the adjustments?

Having done this for BP-51s, I can answer your question: it absolutely must be off the truck.

In addition, you will need some very good spring compressors to take the strain off before loosing the Allen bolt and backing off the race to the height you desire (0 mm). Markuson can tell you what happens when a shop tries to do it without compressing the springs!
