Anyone know if factory rebuild includes new bushings? Pulled my driver rear off today and the lower bushing a bit worn. I somehow managed to bent the lower mount “pin”.

Some updates on rebuilding: Spoke with ARB last fall at Overland Expo East on rebuilding these and they had no clue, at least the two reps I spoke with at their booth.

Talked with w Kurt from Cruiser Outfitters at the same event and he provided me details on a company that is rebuilding them.

I called and spoke with Mark who answered a few questions. All legit. I'm going to pull my rear BP-51's today and install some new BP-51's I picked up on a Black Friday sale. Then send my old ones back to the company above for a rebuild - nothing wrong with my shocks other than 56k miles and 5+ years of use. So it's time. Will do fronts in the spring when it's warmer and I have more time.

They are super legit! I’m running fronts rebuilt by them on my 200. We’ve worked with them on many sets. They rebuild as well as offer some re-valvong, etc. We keep rebuilds in stock for our BP customers, allowing us to do in/out swaps rather than having their vehicle down waiting on rebuild time and shipping.

Thanks for sharing their info.

My old set of BP51’s are just sitting in the box my Kings came in. When the time comes for my Kings to be rehabbed I figured I’d run those but having a fresh set would be nice. Plus it would be a great back to back comparison.
