I had an HJ45 that I sold years ago. (never should have done that. Pro-tip: don't sell cruisers unless you have another of that same model, especially Old Landy, will never be another like that history)

That person restored it to the original color which I think turned out excellent.

My 40 is red. I've always hated red vehicles and swore I'd never own one. Now that I have a red 40 it's pretty obvious to me that red is the color that my 40 should always be. It just looks right.

If Old Landy was dune beige before, that's probably a good place to start. Red accents would help to break it up a bit, as you do have a ton of sheet metal to cover. I know you have some rust to fix, but I'm a little sad you're getting rid of the wild paint job it already has.

Paint has changed on this truck and we view paint as the start of chapters in its story. We will gracefully write the next chapter which will depart from the current Paint scheme

Thanks for sharing the pic. Really shows what a single color would like on a rig with sheet metal similar to Old Landy.

Definitely need to get a photoshop session done.

Full dune beige with some retro stripes breaks up the single tone. Saw this online.
