Edit: never mind. Not needed anymore.

Does anyone have a pallet they’re looking to get rid of? Asking before I build one.

Looking for one around 65-70” long but a longer one is fine and I can cut it down if needed.

@Tuite are you going to Relic Run? If so, I got cash in hand when we meet.

Sold. I can mail you a check if you wish.

looking for stock rear fj60 springs.

To be clear, this is not a 2F engine from an FJ60. It's from a '78 FJ40. Pistons and head are different. Still a good engine, just not exactly the same as what would be in a 60 series. In other words, David D. do not buy this engine in hopes of pulling a piston and planting it in your truck. Won't work. The earlier 2F's have domed pistons and the heads have larger combustion chambers. Later 2F (FJ60) has flat top pistons and small chambered head. However, you could swap over the whole engine as is and rock on down the road.

No problem...and I have a tendency to spout random trivial bullsh@t that nobody really cares to hear, so there's that! If you're good, I'm good.

@roadstr6: has this engine been rebuilt? IOW, does it still have the OEM domed pistons? @pkniland: provisional dibs.

Engine has not been rebuilt. Still sporting the dome tops. Head has been rebuilt. Engine came from a strong running truck many years ago. Was previously in a truck named Dozer and owned by @mtweller. He can vouch for it. It had been sitting in the corner of my garage for 10 years or so waiting for the engine in the Crockpot to die. It never did.
