Now that's what I'm talking about! Love the stock wheels. Great color.
I'm definitely going this route when I paint the pig.

This was single stage code 622, right?

Looks great!

Was the Nebula originally delivered with the black bezel and top, or would white be more correct for those?

Been kind of kicking the idea of Nebula around for my HJ-45, but I really like the white top/bezel.... And I really like the idea of staying with a Toyota paint scheme, even if not correct for the year/model. (maybe)

Yes - Cygnus White I beleive for top and bezel.

So here is my explanation : PO of my hardtop covered the top with what could best be descriped as drywall texture ( the rough ceiling kind ). So instead of taking that stuff all the way down and discovering what he was trying to hide... I sanded most of it off an painted it black to hide what I left. Then thought I would paint the bezel to match. I like it for now, later I may bring it back to factory.

X2. But it still looks great! Nice job.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments and encouragement along the way.

Looks great with the black roof /black bezel combo The PO had done my roof black and I was debating about doing the same combination, looks sweet.:bounce:

Nebula Green was my starting point when deciding on the color of my 40. Nebula green was just little too 'green' for what I wanted. I ended up going with PPG Spectramaster Green on my 40. Like I said, VERY similar but a bit more on the 'gray' side rather than 'green'.

very nice work FARMANN!

BoxRocket- I remember seeing your 40 about a year and a half ago and was just amazed at the overall "look" of it. Rarely (to me) do 40's look good once you turn the corner going from stock to modified. Yours' is an incredible exception. The color of yours got me thinking about Nebula. Yours seems to be a combination of the two colors that had me torn, (Nebula and Dune Beige).

Great looking 40, it was an inspiration to me as well as others I'm sure.:beer::beer:
