That rig will drive you crazy at times, don't despare because there is someone out there that has gone through the same thing and knows the fix. Congrats! My 40 is also a 1977 (Feb). As it is relatively stock, we should park them side by side to compare sometime.

I look forward to hearing in person the long version of how you found it one day soon.

Too bad the top and doors aren't Freeborn red. Then it would look like Christmas too!

Thanks David! For sure on getting them together sometime! Maybe once I get it here I can have a hamom sometime down the road and we can all get together and y'all can school me on wrenching! The amby doors are freeborn red actually haha! Merry x-mas!
