Did you call the Lexus dealer? They might be able to look up the key by the VIN like Toyota can do.

That's a lot like the now defunct Tech Shop that was in Arlington. I'm definitely going to check The Foundery out, to bad its all the way in B'moreI’m taking some classes at Home - The Foundery
It’s a fabricator’s wet dream. I took one of the welding classes last night and I’m planning on going back to get trained on some of the other equipment. Once you’ve taken an introductory & safety class on each piece of equipment, you can use it for whatever project you can envision. So many ideas going through my head as I toured the place after my class yesterday.
I'm broke as it is, but I showed the place to my wife and she immediately said, "So what class are you going to start with?". Should I be worried?I would be so broke and divorced if there was one of those shops near me.
@OTRAMM and done.I inherited my Dad's old 1997 Land Cruiser. Finally have the free time and available cash to spend, so am now looking for someone who can give the mechanics a good once over, to make sure all is in order, and do some minor exterior work/updates. Location-wise, I live in Springfield, work in Fairfax.
Not looking to do a full restoration, but want to make sure it is: 1. Safe to run. 2. In good enough repair to continue to run safely. 3. Look better cosmetically.
I'd appreciate any and all recommendations! Thank you very much!
