What are the specs on Georges Red mini truck?

George's truck is, I believe an '84 extended cab. It has the 22RE engine, stock five-speed tranny and dual Marlin boxes with the low gears. The wheelbase has been stretched to 116" and he has custom Alcan springs. The front axle is a Toyota-D60 hybrid and the rear is stock Toyota. Both have 4.80 gears and Detroit lockers. The long wheelbase is near perfect for Moab and the suspension works exceptionally well. Plus.....the old geezer knows how to drive it.:D

When we left Moab, Tony and Phil were scheming for Tony to buy George's old set of sticky Krawlers. I hope that deal comes to pass for Tony.

A few shots from Moab Rim. I didn't take these but I appreciate who did.

It was a go until I offered him 4 bills for the rims too... not sure how much I upset him.

You guys were pulling my leg on that offer, were'nt you?

(checks in the mail George... ignore those bastages)

And finally one video clip with VooDoo on Green Day with a reminder to photographers -- pick a spot well removed from the obstacle and use the camera's zoom for a close-up view:eek:

Green Day

Later That day a guy in our group Came off that wall at the same spot, but it was straight back onto his roof. Had to go to the hospital for some staples where his head hit the cage. thats a nasty Climb!

Around these parts Tony is well known for carrying 6 bold tires on his pickup. Plus his 2 spares could not hold any air....
