Waiting for the @cruiseroutfit xmas sale to complete my part-time conversion! My last 2 purchases were after the black Friday sale and I need to grab the high range 10% underdrive and the 3.1:1 low range set-up.

Coming soon :D

I installed the part time kit last year and have Rock Warriors. I found out they do not fit over the new locking hubs so I had them all (5) machined to fit. Kind of a bummer as the center TRD caps don't fit now but oh well. Another $250 to have that done but I love the part time so it was worth it !
I was on the fence almost did this kit but didn’t want to hassle with my rw wheels

Well f%^& me! Went to order the transfer case parts and the high range gear conversion kit is out of stock.
Had a few left as of this morning.

Nooooo! What part do you need? Doing underdrive in your t-case? This is the new part: :D

It's a bit less than the previous underdrive combo of parts and in stock

Yes sir, looking to do the 10% ud and the low range too. Thanks for the update.

@cruiseroutfit so the updated underdrive kit comes with a modified idler gear, how does this work with the low range 3:1 kit idler gear?

Perfectly! The previous kit also required the modified idler but it was a separate kit. This is a brand new application (we are the first of install/offer) and we've re-bundled them to save some $$$ from the previous offerings. They are 100% compatible with the 3.1:1 low range kits we offer.

Ordered, thank you sir!

Looking forward to getting this and the part-time kit in.

Still waiting on the T-case gear parts I ordered so I'm waiting to install the PT kit until I have everything so I only need to open the box once.
But in the mean time, are those that installed the kit removing the A/T P light bulb from the cluster since the T-case will stay in neutral?
Or, reverse the polarity of the switch so the A/T P lights on when in H or L?
I have my cluster out replacing some bulbs and figured while it's out...

The T-case is not run in neutral. You run in high or low.

Center diff stays locked when in 2wd, t-case functions as normal. T-case in neutral and you're not moving at all.
I may be reading this post wrong, but with the PT kit replaces the rear side gear, pinion gears, shaft, and pin in the "center diff" with a spool and spacer. The spool permanently connects the output shaft assembly to the rear output.

To engage the front output (i.e. front driveshaft), you press the CDL button. This tells the motor to slide the locking collar onto the front output. Now the front and rear outputs are locked together.

TL;DR: after PT kit is installed, CDL button is only used for 4wd. Any other time, you are in RWD.

Lunched the internals of the transfer case so forced my hand to install a part time kit last week. No more clunks in the driveline and no more torque steer on the heavy boot launches. Not tried doing donuts just yet. Will wait till I do a 1,000km and an oil change on the transfer case.

Have yet to install the part-time kit and the high/low range gears in my T-case.
I have very little room for down time so I need to be able to get this done in a single days work.
Anyone attempt to to this with the case still attached to the gear box?
Not planning on a full bearing and seal job since everything is still in great condition.
I am considering picking up a second T-case and swap the PT/Hi/Lo parts into that so I can do a quick swap.
