For what its worth, the Westcott kit isnt just the spring pre -load, they combine it with a top spacer to get the full 2.5". At the end of the day its still a spacer lift, but not quite as bad as your calculation makes it out to be. (Could be 2" pre-load, leaving 2" droop which still isnt great)Stock front suspension travel is 8" With 4" of droop. a 2.5" spring pre-load "lift" will leave you with 1.5" of droop.
There is .35" of shock travel left at full bump. The tallest top spacer I would recommend is 1/4" thick. This will raise the ride height by 1/2"-1" and increase suspension travel by the same.
I know they previously included a top spacer for the 200 series, but according to their install video they are not using top spacers on the 250.For what its worth, the Westcott kit isnt just the spring pre -load, they combine it with a top spacer to get the full 2.5". I really like these on the LC. What's the Toyota P/N if you don't mind me asking? (PTR56-35242-F1)? Thanks.Very pleased with the 18” TRD wheels, jury still out on the KO3s. Need to take them to get re-balanced.

BingoAm I missing something here? Wouldn't this take away not only a lot of droop but the compliance of the suspension over normal bumps? Seems like it would be best on smooth pavement.

Adding to the fact that the wheels are horrendous, the offset is absolutely terrible.
That’s debatableat least it looks good
Those Analogs are a pretty nice design for some rigs - especially in black. This white set looks clownish on that Meteor 250. What an atrocity. That’s debatable
