While we haven’t hit our presale target, sales on my sight have been strong and am now in contract for the intake adapter casting.
Initially there will be 2 samples sent to confirm quality and accuracy. If they are correct the first 2 brave souls will get their pipes.
From there a full production run will be made.

So the first samples of the intake adapter arrived today. The castings look great. A small issue with mounting them and a larger issue with plumbing them.
Mounting issue was from the counter bores for the hollow dowels needs to be 7/16”. I think they use a closet metric equivalent. I’ve seen similar were I spec 10mm and get a 3/8.
The second is the overall height. It’s short 1/2” which is also the flange thickness.
The really hard stuff they got right. Like the rotated 45* 3” elbow, that’s spot on.

So the mold was adjusted , casting were made and verified and full production has started. Next is machining then onto verification and finally shipping.
3-4 weeks I’m told.

I got my charger to the point where I needed an intake pipe so I’m designing for both setups at the same time.

Update: bulk QTY done. I asked that 10 pieces ship Express to fill the orders placed. The rest will arrive 30 days.
On another note, I needed to replace my engine harness and once again was faced with hacking it to pieces. Last time I cut off the connectors and soldered in wires to extend the connectors over to the throttle body.
This time after weeks of searching and configuring I've developed an extension harness to make this process plug n play They will be on my site shortly.
