July 20 Charlotte Gathering

From talking to some folks, it looks like Sunday the 20th might be better than Sunday the 13th for another get-together here in town. Whaddy'all think?

Let's do the same place as last time.

This is open to anybody that might want to come - we'll gladly welcome anyone who might be interested in seeing what we're all about and checking out some great rides. Please pass the word to those who might not be on MUD. (I'm gonna try to add this event to our website myself, so please don't beat me to it.)

Last time, we had a STRONG 40-Series showing. Last 2 times, actually. Let's keep that going.

More than a few folks have confirmed via methods other than MUD, so please don't let lack of activity on this thread keep you away if you're on the fence. Last month's visit to Burger Co had great food AND.......wait for it......excellent service!

I'll again note that anybody with an interest in Land Cruisers is welcome whether we know you or not. We might not even turn you away if you're a pickup, 4Runner or FJC person; you'll just have to pick up the tab. And sit at a different table.

Looking forward to seeing y'all there. This will probably be the last gathering before the Hurricane Creek trip.

Finally - @77 Mike made it out! It was great to see you and your daily driver 40. You're doing what these things need...regular use. We also got to meet Daniel and his son in their stock red 40 (year?). Once again there was good food and great service. Beautiful day, too. I guess the possibility of rain kept @Cirbo at home this time. Already looking forward to next month.

Hey guys, had a great time meeting you and your rigs. Hopefully I can address some stuff and have the truck ready for some URE trips. I'm really anxious to put it through its paces.

You guys have a cool group. I hope I've got the time to hang out with you guys more often.
