what about the Bilsteins you were measuring?
What are the dimensions you are looking for?

After talking with Andy, he suggested that we go with a different shock. So Brooks wants to run Fox shocks that we can stiffen up if needed. I hope to get the front hoops welded on this weekend, and then measure for the shocks.

I'll send you my old Bilsteins if you want to see for yourself. Very low miles. You could at least drive it around. Let me know.

Thanks Andy! We have the Blisteins that came with the truck when we bought it. I just ordered some shock hoops from Trail Tailor @reevesci, once i get them installed I will get some measurements and get them ordered.

Great build, Gentlemen! Every day there's something on here that makes me proud to be part of this group. I bought my FJ62 eleven years ago and joined this forum right after, but it's only in the last year I've really gotten involved. Man, what I have missed out on!

Proud of y'all and proud of your son - sounds like he's gonna make a great Marine (I served with VMFAT-101 at Miramar for four years as a Navy guy; I wouldn't trade a day of my time with them!).

Thank you and your family @Dozer18 for your service! Yes this place is amazing with info and the people we have met through here.
