There's someone riding on your roof!

Corbet, can you post up your center hub to bottom of flare measurements? and did you try to make it up "the wall"? When we went it had been raining, I never attempted.

Thanks,
Steve

Yes, made very short work of it actually.

I'll get on the measurements

Nice setup.
I'm thinking of ordering the steering damper off them only because everyone else seems to have the OME.
How's it working for you?

Oh yeah, cool shorty-surfer on the rack!

No complaints. Everything feels the same as before the lift in the steering dept. So it must be working just fine. I have no problem recommending one. Install is a PITA but they all are. Really its just removing the OEM that sucks.

Before and After shots. Tires are 295/75r16 Nitto TG

I ended up gaining about 3.5" of lift from this kit as my old suspension was so over taxed. Ride quaility improvement was evident immediately as I left my driveway. Small bumps are absorbed better and the big stuff is night and day from before. I drove it for about a week before I had my mechanic install the caster correction. Steering was heavy and the truck wandered a little. Now with the caster correction the truck feels like new.

Howdy!
Hmm :hhmm: ! My truck is looking almost like your truck with that 3.5 inch lift that your cruiser gained! PO did the lift and me, I don't have ideea :doh ?!. What you think after this picture, I have some work done on springs... or not ( I know the right front springs is looking new then other ones and have some PINK paint mark) ?
At this hour, I am running 265 tires..

Prices are in the link in post #3.;):D

What he said. Camel 4x4 is the only USA dealer as far as I know. Eli is who you want to talk to. You can find him in the vendor section too.

Wheel Stuff

This is his back wheel stuffed nicely last weekend.
Corbet the stuff to make you go turn.webp

Hmmm, I was considering the 4" lift but you guys are making me think that the 2" lift will be enough. Of course the Foam cell shocks will be the route I go, worth the extra $140 IMO.

But when I talked to Eli on Friday he didn't mention anything about the castor correction with the 2" lift only on the 4" lift.
See this page: Camel 4x4: 80 Series & Lexus 450

I just installed the 4" and I'm very happy with it.:D
