Thats a build and a half mate very impressive. gotta love makin ya own tracks lol . did ya still have that suspension for sale and was it 80 series or 45/47 and ya engine if ya not keeping it thanks mate

i have a 2inch tjm lift with bilstein shocks for an 80 series? thats what i took outta it. i also got terrain tamer springs n shocks to suit 45/47. i think there a 2 inch lift

nice build mate, that thing is great and you have some mad skills. would you be able to send through some info on your engineer? i have been trying to find one but no one can tell me where to get a hold of one. if he was friendly enough to ok your ride hopefully he will approve mine.

This is very close to my dream project either a 55 or a 40 on a diesel 80 chassis..Wait before I keep dreaming I've got to finish the one I'm working on. Gotta say, I love the fresh Creepy Crawlers, it is about time for me to get a new set here soon.

My dream is a 55 front clip with a 45 bed on an 80 with a 5.7 from a tundra in there. Throw in some plush Lexus interior. And a 60 to drive around till it's finished.

havent done a update on this for a while. since last post ive blown 3cv's caved in my fuel tank,kinked my radiator pipe underneath, bent both lower rear arms both steering arms. and sheered 6 studs off left rear axle, all in one weekend ive also boxed and sheeted the rear of my tub now so its as solid as a rock.

this afternoon i strengthen'd the lower arms with some 25x6mm angle. got all my uhf and head unit mounted up nice and high now. also in need of a hilux fuel tank :twisted:

thanks mate. there really good out in the bush coz of the wheels being so far out the sides. its easy to see what your going over and whats around.
got the sliders done now im onto the exo. chopped the roof back to get everything in line to the windscreen frame

i can see why this would cost so much for somebody to build. the amount of time bending and sh!t is phenominal.

haha yeah its a good sticker aye. funny thing is i dont mind chasing the little white ball around. doesnt mean im any good but haha. i got it all up and tacked today. and lifted off just have to weld it all together. came up pretty good.
