yea mate it fits with 30mm to spare. should get the tub sanded back and primed this arvo

got the tray primed and sealed up with goop. going to try and get a coat of high build on it after i finish work

hey man heres some progress for ya. its finally coming together
cabin is ready for paint. so to is the tub, it just needs a wet sand. then im onto the doors. im just going to run around with sports doors on as im going to put my full doors in to the panel beaters, there just 2 bent for me to straighten. i picked up a complete rubber kit for it aswell the other day, so ive been fitting the rear windows up wit new seals. heres some pics anyway of what shes looking like enjoy

it will be getting painted matt black now. il get it painted properly later on. just need a topcoat now.

whats on it now is satin black undercoat. and out of a spray gun. only 1 coat but. ill give it 1 more coat then gun the topcoat. im suprised how good the bodywork came up

thanks mate. i plan on making just a little bar for my 8274 and uhf aerial and possibly some spotties if i find some cheap enough.was thinking about mounting them on the guards like the factory indicators. but i dunno bout this idea

When i was looking for spotties, i found e-bay was on par with the usual auto stores (repco, Bursons etc..) plus most e-bay sites are free p&h. and you dont have to go out and find them.
I would, personally, keep the lights on the Bar you will be making.

well i have some photos to upload tomorrow. i got a roadworthy on it thursday so its all sweeet. exc ept for this morning when i was driving it to the tyre shop, developed quite a knock. and eventually shut itself down on the side of the road. got it home and pulled the head off and number 6 piston is hitting the valve. so im dropping it at engine reconditioners tomorrow morning! thats just the last thing i need.
Sorry to hear about the motor mate. Hope they fix it for ya quick smart, so then you can get out and do some wheeling.

haha yeah mate good one! dont expect it done for 6 months though hahah. nah i was so keen to take it for a bash today in our local pine forest. i guess i have all week now to fit up my rear locker and front aswell if i feel up to it
