I am looking for pic's and info regarding 3 or 4 link setups on an FJ40. The axle wrap and relocation of shock mounts from SOA has steered me to this. Also 1/4 elliptical looks interesting since my leafs are broke.

If you use the search function, I'm sure you'll find what you need. Someone was offering a 4-link kit, Cruiser Outfitters maybe? From a difficulty level, are you thinking that a linked set-up is easier than SOA? Having done a SOA on my own vehicle, I'm not sure that's the case. I thought doing a linked set up correctly is a challenge.

You would get a much better response if you post this up in the hardcore section.

Good luck!

contact proffitt's cruisers. they have the link kits

I have already done the SOA

Nice droop!!! That is sweet. I think this thread would be an ok place to ask for some more pics??? It is hard to see with the shade. Couple questions

How does it do on road? I helped build a jeep with a goofy leaf and lets just say i didnt like to drive it.... The triangular setup may be just fine though??

How does it do under heavy braking??

Thanks

has alot of body roll on the street,it isnt like it is my dd though.i do drive it to all the trails i go on.am also running some 52 in springs up front .i guess with heavy brakeing there is some weight shift but with 4wdisc not enough to be a problem.i dont have to many pics..will see what i can find

Sweet!! Did you fab yourself? I am pretty tight so I was thinkin about DIY. The only thing that scares me is the geometry. Mine I will drive to all of the trails also. I am just gettin started with mine.Traded for it 3 months ago. I had 300.00 into the car I traded so I am way ahead. I traded a dirt bike for the new BFG 35's and sold the wheels they came on and my old tires to finance the SOA. 10" lift all told.

Good work Coolerman that works for me. RSC71 a guy has to figure on some body roll so that is sweet that you are still able to get it to the trails. PERFECT

Thanks for sharing
