I would prefer to not have a moonroof as I've had them leak. But my guess is that we will never see one at a Lexus dealer without a moonroof.Guys..this is CRAZY! Those sheets are showing that there is the possibility for a slicktop (no moonroof)! If only the Lexus/Toyota overlords allocate some of them this way for us..
I think you're right - but I hope you're wrong. Perhaps we get distributions to Hawaii or Puerto Rico as we have with other oddball configurations of LC, LX, GX in the past.I would prefer to not have a moonroof as I've had them leak. it does not openCan the panoramic glass roof be opened? If not it would be of no use to me.
The early release photo looks like a single piece of glass. If that's the case - you can probably only open it once. Can the panoramic glass roof be opened? If not it would be of no use to me.
Oh God no. I absolutely do not understand the appeal of panoramic roofs. They add weight up high. They increase glare and solar gain inside. They also increase noise and cost. No thank you very much.I would want the non-opening panoramic glass roof that the Luxury+ has,

I'd agree that it's not very useful if it doesn't open. The only reason I'd want that trim would be if an aftermarket company made a replacement panel to replace the glass with a removeable panel that fits the bigger open hole. That would be a great option I think. Or it could be very cool to do a custom safari style lift roof. Otherwise - I guess you can look out the top at the bottom of a roof rack.
I think that it electronically dims like this:
Cute, gimmicky and useless - to me anyways.
