OK gang here is the skinny on the cabin

1 Duplex with 14 spots
7 spots per side
2 queen beds, a bunk bed and a couch(may be a pull out)
100.00 for 3 nights for a spot in a bed, if you want the whole queen bed you pay 200.00
No Pro-rating, No refunds, if you can't make it then your money will be used towards food.

So we have 4 spots left. The payment for your space needs to be made by April 1st. I am going to see if we can get a gsmtr payment tab set up on our paypal account, as soon as I get Lenny to set this up I'll let ya know. If for some reason we can not fill the second cabin then we will have to cancel the reservation for that side. The back porch will be open though if we have to cancel. If ya have any questions or want a spot copy the list with your name on it.

Looks like we are going to have quite the crowd this year

GSMTR is Monday thru Saturday and The cabin is rented the 15-17 so what ever days you wanna come up. I plan on coming up wed night thru Saturday. I think Marshall will be up at the same time and possibly JP. I may have to sleep in the rig wed night, gotta check with Marshall to see if we can get in wed night or if we have to wait till Thursday. Either way I want to be up there so I can trail ride Thursday....I'm excited at the size of the crowd we are forming up for GSMTR this year, we will be sure to have the canopy and let every body know that UC is there!

You cant get in early if you don't pay Chuck. I haven't decided when I will come up. If there is enough interest in Wed we can always reserve one side of the cabin for that night and then move everyone around the next day.

Just so everyone knows I have another cabin right down the way that andy, jp and I are staying. I gave up my grip on the other half of the duplex once I realized there were more people who wanted to stay then we had room. So y'all now have both sides of the cabin. Should be plenty of room.

I say if you fill up all the beds and still have more people who want to come they stock the fridge with beer and sleep on the deck or inside somewhere.

I would like to ask a favor. If you wind up releasing another of your cabin reservations, would you give me courtesy PM when you are ready? All the cabins were reserved by the time I asked and it is an option I am interested in looking into for the week. Thanks

Hey guys, an old Marine buddy of mine decided to fly down from Philly and ride along for GSMTR. Rather than stay in the cabin, he booked a hotel with 2 beds. I'm not sure how far it is to the park, but on the map, Knoxville looks like it's just up the road? Hopefully it's not too much of a hike... If there are still open spaces, I'll kick in some money to help out and will grab some extra beverages for the group. I'm really stoked about GSMTR and meeting everyone! I'm sorry I won't be joining in the cabin, but I literally just found out last night that he is coming down.
