it should be there already.
my 93 which didnt have the pedal with the extra pc on it, has the upper mount in place .

You'll need a pedal with the bracket for the end of the hand throttle to attach to. some years had it and some did not. My 93 doesn't.

You know what? I think I removed it when I did my diesel conversion... time to dig through my boxes and/or hit the local scrap yards.

i just put mine on. took about 30 minutes and that was with a gas pedal change.
it's a cute toy.
