I need help to establish rules for payment as i dont want to be way too strict or soft, but i am getting tired of waiting for people to pay. It creates a lot of confusion and mess. At what point should the person lose the spot on the list?

I actually ordered it for myself as the price was cheap for it. Never was fan of fender mirrors.
