If they’ll let me book and head in, I just may do it. I’m due for an Austin trip. It will be a while.

90 miles on it today. Just feeling it out after the Outputshaft nut came loose.

New exhaust is dead silent, I love and hate the 4.11 gears, and the ac is freezing.

It needs a better radiator. This current CSF was rebuilt but it previously leaked in my 60. It doesn’t keep up temps at cruise. Got to 216* at 90* outside doing 3000 rpm on a back road.

Comes down as soon as I slow down. Lots of options and I want to just keep this simple.

Hi Alex ...

did that new OEM Toyota muffler & tail pipe assy. have SANGO embossed on the canister part or another oem parts maker ID of any sort ?

looks sharp !

I've put a Champion 3-core in all my 60's without issue - not sure if that fits a 62 but would be my vote if so.
Identical. I have one in my 60 and it has exceeded my expectations.

The stock 62 is such a great truck with just the 5 speed.

Amazing work. I’ve put mine on the back burner for far too long. After being in storage during my Alaska tour and now having a 3-5 year old I’m really itching to going through mine with “all” my spare time. I really appreciate your whole write up.
