Guess I was to excited. Broke two bolts off. A bolt on each rear hangers.

WTF, WTF, WTF!!!!
I wouldnt grind them bushings. Grease em before assembly use a BFH to straighten out the hanger. Or a porto power

Could not take it. Had to go back and undo passenger side fixed shackle it looked twisted. Sure enough it was. Two steps forward one step back.

Feeling better today. Got the front springs reseated correctly. U-bolts hand tight(will have to cut some off) Started on the back. Got both bolts out I broke and retapped. Going to tackle hanger moving back next I think. Progress either way…old parts stacking up.

Air chisel game changer. Got 5 heads off of rivets them dude still don’t want to come out. Going to pick up new bits on Monday.

I just moved the hanger exactly per the instructions. Center of hole to center of hole. No more, no less.
And yes, I had to sand my bushings a bit too.

Ok, men 5” center to center. Got all holes drilled. Hope all down hill from here. Those rivets almost won.
