Ok life happens, just now installing lift and I am having a problem on fixed side hanger. My new leafs plus bushing are two wide. Is it as simple as spreading the hanger a little bit?

You can spread a little and take a little off the OME bushings. Every OME setup does this. Annoying as hell they won’t make the spring a bit smaller
Also, take the damn stickers off ya slacker
Would it be better or worse to grind some off the spring eye instead of the bushing?

Just me, but it looks like you would have to grind most of the bushing shoulder off to get it in there, something I wouldn't want to do.

It’s better to take a little off the bushing shoulder on each side than try to spread the hanger open. If you try to spread the hanger it’s going to cause misalignment of the pin, and will just clamp back down on the shoulders again.
You only take off enough to get them to fit. There’s still shoulder there when you’re done.
